Our Warranty

Skyline Building & Investments provides a 1-Year Limited Builder Warranty starting from your closing date, covering:

Defects in materials and workmanship (excluding appliances and fixtures covered by manufacturer warranties)

Defects in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems installed by Skyline

Warranty valid for the original homeowner as long as the home is a primary residence

Additionally, we offer a 10-Year Structural Warranty covering major load-bearing components, complying with Florida Statute Section 95.11(3)(c).

All manufacturer warranties for appliances and equipment installed in your home are passed through directly to you.

Quality You Can Count On

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, damage caused by neglect, misuse, unauthorized changes, or natural disasters.

Detached garages, pools, fences, landscaping, driveways, personal property damage and injuries are not covered under this warranty.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the warranty period ends. Emergency repairs should be minimal to avoid voiding coverage.
